Avalon is a field building institution. We understand the implicit shared aspirations and potential connections within domains and operationalize them.

This is an economic exercise in the humanities: an outward facing expression of an internal philosophy. The perspectives of scholars, when joined with institutional vigor, enable the development of relationships between ideas and fields which are otherwise neglected.

Progress stalls when researchers and scholars are socially fragmented. We work with companies, academics, and public figures to restore vitality to their fields. Through hosting conferences, events, and guiding research we enable the relationships which drive progress.
